All orders are created after order submission. Due to the time needed to complete the custom designs, please allow up to 7 to 10 business days for order processing. If items are needed sooner, please email us at {onlyjoycreations@gmail.com} to confirm that we are able to complete your order based on your timeframe.
Order confirmations are emailed after purchases are completed. Upon completion of order processing & shipping, the tracking information will be sent to the email you provide during check-out. Please ensure it is accurate.
OnlyJoyCreations is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages incurred by the carrier.
